  • I am grateful to have the opportunity to walk alongside those who have experienced grief, loss, and trauma in their lives. Through my own experiences of mental health challenges and loss, I have an appreciation for the isolation and loneliness that often accompanies these events and I strive to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space that allows individuals to feel seen, heard, and connected.

I am a Registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in Counselling from the University of Calgary and a bachelor’s degree in Honors Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. I have supported children, youth, and adults on their journeys through grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance dependence, sexual abuse and more. I work from a client-centred, attachment-based approach and view each therapeutic relationship as unique and utilize a number of different approaches in my work including mindfulness-based practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused approaches, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Theraplay and play based interventions, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition to therapeutic work, I have also facilitated workshops on Parenting After Separation and continue to run psychoeducational groups in a community-based setting.

When I am not at work you can find me spending time with my friends and family, cooking a big meal, enjoying time outside, or engaging in a yoga or mediations practice. I am also an avid reader and love to spend a quiet day or night reading a good novel.
