My work is grounded in providing compassionate, inclusive, and culturally aware care that respects each person’s experiences and values. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside clients, offering a safe and accepting space to explore challenges, process past experiences, and build resilience.
My approach integrates trauma-informed care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Somatic Attachment, and Indigenous Focusing Oriented Therapy. I have experience working with children, youth, adults, Elders, and clients who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+. I take my cues from each person and tailor support to meet their unique needs and goals.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My training includes specialized programs in trauma, attachment, family systems, suicide prevention, and evidence-based therapy approaches. I am committed to helping clients navigate life transitions, build skills, and move forward in ways that feel meaningful and aligned with their values.
Whether working with individuals, children, or youth, I strive to create spaces where healing and growth are guided by the client, grounded in empathy, and supported by connection and understanding.
