We are deeply passionate about helping people recover from significant loss of any kind. Having experienced painful losses of our own, we feel a deep compassion for the mass of emotions and perceived stages of grief that people often experience following a loss.

Although we have been taught that there are many stages of grief, grief is unique and individual for each one of us. There are no clear guidelines for your grief.

According to The Grief Recovery Institute®, grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss. It is the conflicting feelings caused by the end of or change in a familiar pattern of behaviour. There are over 40 life events that can create the feelings of grief.

We are authentic and genuine helpers that actively participate in our clients’ unique journey of healing. We offer a safe and confidential environment to uncover painful life events and courageously take new action to maximize healing and recovery. Contact us today for grief counselling in Edmonton.

We encourage everyone to donate to the Red Cross to support evacuees during this trying time.

As members of the Disaster Response Network for the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta, we are offering pro-bono psychological services to victims and first responders effected by these events.
