TGTHC Calgary Collective
What is the Grief & Trauma Healing Centre Collective?
Specialized care, across every corner of calgary, alberta
The Grief & Trauma Healing Centre Collective is a professional community of independent clinicians united by a shared commitment to grief and trauma work — and a belief that this work deserves to be done with depth, intention, and sustainability.
As TGTHC grows its presence across Calgary, the Collective allows us to extend our reach without compromising what has always mattered most: thoughtful, ethical, specialized care. Collective clinicians operate under their own private practice brand while receiving aligned referrals, benefiting from our established infrastructure, and connecting with a community of like-minded professionals, all while retaining full professional autonomy.
This is not a franchise model or a staffing arrangement. It's a values-aligned partnership between TGTHC and clinicians who believe, as we do, that no one should grieve alone and that the people who hold space for grief deserve to be supported, too.
Why Join The Collective?
Independent practice in grief and trauma is meaningful work. It's also, at times, isolating, unpredictable, and emotionally demanding. The Collective exists to change that, not by absorbing your practice into ours, but by standing alongside it.
Membership in the GTHC Calgary Collective offers a number of benefits including:
Referrals that fit your work
GTHC manages brand visibility, client inquiries, and intake screening so you don't have to. You receive referrals already aligned with your specialty and can focus your energy where it matters most: the clinical work itself.
Your identity, intact
Your name, your practice, your clinical judgment remain entirely yours. You'll be recognized as an independent practitioner in partnership with TGTHC, gaining the credibility of an established brand while preserving the professional identity you've worked hard to build.
Like-minded peer community
The Collective offers genuine peer connection with clinicians who understand grief and trauma work from the inside. Peer consultation, shared events, and online community spaces are available on your own terms, with no forced participation.
Sustainability at the core
We believe ethical grief and trauma work must be sustainable for the clinician. The Collective is structured to support a thoughtful, steady caseload in your area of genuine passion, because the quality of this work depends on the wellbeing of the people doing it.
